These terms govern your use of 00-wiki.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
00-wiki.com provides a hosted company wiki and a connector (MCP) that lets the AI tools you and your team already use create, read, and maintain that wiki, plus a dashboard for managing wikis, members, and exports. The Service is currently in a testing phase and provided free of charge; features may change.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your sign-in email and for activity under your account. Keep sign-in links private; they grant access to your account.
Your content
You own the content of your wikis. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing your content, processing it as described in the Privacy Policy, serving it to the AI tools you and your invited members connect, and displaying it to those members. Wiki content written by AI assistants — including your own connected tools — is provided as-is; every page records its source (channel, user, date), and you are responsible for verifying accuracy and for decisions made based on your wiki.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or use, and no content that infringes others' rights.
- No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the Service or other users' wikis.
- No storing of highly sensitive personal data (e.g. health records, government identifiers) — the Service is not designed for it.
- No storing of passwords, API keys, or other credentials in wiki pages.
Availability & warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and during the testing phase data-loss protections are limited — export your wiki regularly.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero, as the Service is free).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and will make reasonable efforts to allow export first when lawful.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
