00-wiki.com ("the Service", "we") is a hosted company wiki for AI assistants: you create a wiki, connect it to the AI tools you already use (over the MCP connector), and those tools build, read, and maintain the wiki under your direction. This policy describes what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the subject identifier and email from your Google account. We request no other Google scopes.
- Wiki content. The pages of the wikis you create, written by the AI tools you connect or seeded by the Service. You control this content; it can include business information you choose to share. Each page records who wrote it (channel, the writing user's email, and date).
- Connector activity. Standard logs of connector requests (which tools were called, by which account, when). Your conversations with your own AI assistants happen inside those assistants and are not transmitted to or stored by the Service — only the wiki reads and writes they perform reach us.
- Technical data. Standard request logs and security signals processed by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare).
How we use it
- To provide the Service: host your wikis and serve them to the AI tools you and your team connect.
- To send sign-in links and service email (via Resend).
- To keep the Service reliable and secure.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your wiki content to train models.
Automated processing
The AI assistants you connect (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) process your wiki content under your own agreements with those providers — the Service supplies them your wiki over the connector and does not control their processing. The Service itself does not send your content to any language model: page validation, scheduling, and questionnaire generation are deterministic. Please do not put passwords, credentials, or sensitive personal data into wiki pages.
Where your data lives
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 and R2). Secrets such as API keys used to run the Service are held in encrypted configuration, never in wiki content.
Sharing
Wiki content is visible to you and to team members you invite (read-only), including through the AI tools they connect. We share data only with the processors named above (Cloudflare, Resend, Google for sign-in), and when required by law.
Retention & deletion
Wikis are kept until you delete them. Deleting a wiki or your account permanently removes all corresponding stored data and revokes connector tokens. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Your rights
You may export your wiki at any time (Download Wiki), correct content through your connected AI tools, and delete wikis or your account from the dashboard. For access or other requests, contact us.
Children
The Service is for business use and not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and adjust the date above.
